I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate the conflicting world of health information.
Whether you're facing chronic health challenges or looking for a more natural approach, know that a path to balance exists—I’m here to help you find it.
MY JOURNEY TO AYURVEDA
I began my journey toward Ayurveda with a deep concern for the environment and a fascination with health.
After studying Environmental Studies and working with the EPA, I turned my focus toward health and wellness. My path led me to Ayurveda, a practice that beautifully integrates my environmental concerns, botany knowledge, and personal wellness journey. Ayurveda has transformed my life, and I’m deeply passionate about sharing this ancient wisdom with others.
